1 General Terms and Eligibility

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the pgnk platform and all its associated services. By accessing pgnk or creating an account through the website, mobile version, or any device, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

These Terms apply to all registered users, guest browsers, and anyone using any pgnk service. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

pgnk is an online entertainment platform offering slot games, live casino, cricket betting, and other gaming opportunities. The platform operates with SSL encryption and advanced security measures.

These Terms are written in Bengali, and in the event of any linguistic dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

2 Account Registration and Verification

2.1 Registration Process

To open an account on pgnk, you must provide accurate and complete information. One person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all accounts.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

In the interest of security and compliance, pgnk reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. The following documents may be requested for verification:

3 Age Restrictions and Eligibility

pgnk is operated for individuals aged 21 or older only. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing the platform or playing any games.

Providing a false age during registration is a serious violation. In such cases, the account will be terminated and associated deposits and winnings may be forfeited.

To be eligible to use the service, you must:

• Not use the service from an area where online gaming is prohibited
• Operate your own account under your own identity
• Be of sound mind and capable of making your own gaming decisions

4 Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on pgnk: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳100.

Funds deposited into the account must come from a payment account registered in the name of the registered user. Deposits made through third parties are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Once a withdrawal request is successfully submitted, it is generally processed within 5–30 minutes.

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Account verification (KYC) must be completed
• Withdrawals will be suspended if the wagering requirement for an active bonus has not been met
• Withdrawal requests will only be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Withdrawals may be held for review if suspicious activity is detected

4.3 Currency and Fees

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). pgnk does not charge any deposit fees, though the payment provider's own charges may apply.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To claim this bonus, the first deposit must be made immediately after registration and the minimum deposit amount must be ৳100.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x. This means the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳25,000 in bets before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own terms, which will be stated on the offer page
• A bonus may only be claimed once — the same bonus cannot be claimed across multiple accounts belonging to family members or the same device
• Bonus balances cannot be transferred to another account
• pgnk reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer
• If a bonus is claimed through fraudulent means, the account will be terminated

5.4 VIP Program

pgnk's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Through regular and active gaming, users will have the opportunity to advance to higher VIP tiers.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Fairness

All games on pgnk are operated by certified software providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. Every game is technically verified to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are clearly displayed in the game interface. If any betting limit is violated, the bet may be voided.

6.3 Technical Errors

If the outcome of any game is affected by a technical error or software issue, pgnk reserves the right to void the relevant round and refund the wagered amount. Payouts that are clearly erroneous or faulty will be cancelled.

6.4 Sports Betting

For betting on cricket and other sports, odds may change after an event has started. Once a bet is confirmed, any subsequent change in odds will not apply. If a match is abandoned or postponed, the relevant bets will be settled according to the establishment's rules.

7 Prohibited Activities and Account Termination

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pgnk platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Placing strategic bets with the intent to abuse the bonus system (bonus hunting or arbitrage)
• Use of stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulent payment methods
• Money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Exploiting software or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Dishonest conduct or fraud against other users
• Disrupting the normal operation of the platform

If any of the above violations are detected, pgnk may suspend or terminate the account without prior notice, forfeit bonus balances, and take legal action where applicable.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

11 Service Changes & Termination

pgnk reserves the right to modify, temporarily suspend, or discontinue any part of its service at any time. Reasonable advance notice will be given before significant changes.

pgnk may close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of terms and conditions
• Extended period of inactivity (generally more than 12 months)
• The user's own request
• Legal or regulatory obligations

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned via the relevant payment method, except in cases of termination due to a breach of terms and conditions.

12 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. We strive to resolve all complaints honestly and promptly.

Dispute resolution process:
